Grant by Roger the clerk, son of master Roger de Sancto Constantino, to Henry de Pengerset of a messuage in the town [burgus] of Helleston (Cornwall), between the houses of Walter le Mestre and the late Thomas le Rub, together with a garden adjoining and an acre lying between the acre of the said Walter and that late of Philip Kitrel. Given at Helleston on Friday next after the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Mary, 25 Edwar [I].
